Christina's Ph.D. research deals with the modulation of the oral bioavailability of nutraceuticals.

Dr. Antonio Lama MuñozDr. Antonio Lama Muñoz holds a Ph.D. in food science and was a visiting postdoctoral fellow from the Department of Food Biotechnology of the Spanish National Research Council. During his 3-month stay at Hohenheim, he investigated the impact of selected olive oil phytochemicals on the metabolism and inflammatory processes in liver cells.
